Fred Schoenbrodt assists individuals and institutions in trust, estate and tax matters, including estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and related litigation. He also advises charitable organizations on issues of formation and operation. Mr. Schoenbrodt prepares wills, trusts and other documents and has extensive experience in planning to reduce or eliminate wealth transfer taxes. His areas of special interest include:

Mr. Schoenbrodt is a frequent speaker on trust, estate and tax topics and is regularly quoted in the press on tax and estate matters. Before entering private practice, Mr. Schoenbrodt served with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps and was assigned to the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
Mr. Schoenbrodt lives in Mendham with his wife Nicole and their three children.
