Frederick K. Schoenbrodt, II is a member in the law firm of Neff Aguilar, where he focuses his practice on the law of wills, trusts and estates, charitable planning and charitable organizations.  He represents individuals and institutions in matters of domestic and international estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration and the litigation and mediation of disputes related to wills, trusts and estates.  He counsels individuals and families on personal and family philanthropy and represents public charities and private foundations in all aspects of their operations. 

 

Mr. Schoenbrodt serves on the Board of Trustees of the Community Foundation of New Jersey and is a member of its Leadership Committee.  He is past Chair of the Philanthropic Planning Council for the Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations and currently serves on the Mendham Borough Board of Education.

 

Before entering private practice, Mr. Schoenbrodt served as an officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps.  He was assigned to the 25th Infantry Division in Oahu, Hawaii and as a captain was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal upon completion of his service.

 

He resides in Mendham with his wife Nicole and their three children.
