Professional experience:
Mr. Neff represents clients in trust and estate
matters, including planning, administration, taxation
and related litigation. He has assisted families, business
owners, executives, family offices, fiduciaries and
charitable organizations in conserving, managing and
transferring wealth and minimizing wealth transfer taxes,
and has served as an expert witness in complex estate
litigation.
Mr. Neff was lead counsel for residents appearing before
the New Jersey Supreme Court in a case of first impression
involving the rights of residents in "life care"
facilities. He has served on national, state and local
professional committees dealing with estate planning
matters, has served in state and local governmental
capacities, and headed the trust and estate departments
of major New Jersey law firms. He serves on the Business
Planning and Fiduciary Litigation Committees of the
American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Prior to the establishment of Neff, Aguilar, Cox, Magee
& DeMaio, Mr. Neff was a senior partner of the firm
of Pitney Hardin LLP.
Mr. Neff has been selected by his New Jersey peers
to be included in Best Lawyers in America, and is listed
in Who's Who In American Law.

Professional experience:
Mr. Aguilar is recognized for his long-standing representation
of individuals and institutions throughout New Jersey
with regard to trust and estate planning and administration
as well as the organization and operation of charitable
foundations. He has been engaged in the private practice
of law since 1957. Prior to the establishment of Neff,
Aguilar, Cox, Magee & DeMaio, Mr. Aguilar was a
senior partner of the firm of Stryker Tams & Dill
and subsequently was Of Counsel at Pitney Hardin LLP.
Mr. Aguilar has been selected by his New Jersey peers

Stephen

Mr. Oppenheim focuses his practice in trusts and estate
planning and administration. He is a fellow of the American
College of Trust and Estate Council, has served as a
member of the Board of Consultors of the New Jersey
Bar Association's Probate and Trust Law Section, was
a past President of the Estate and Financial Planning
Council of Central New Jersey and a past Chair of the
Monmouth Bar Association's Probate Law Committee. He
is a graduate of Duke University and the Harvard Law
School. He was previously a partner in the law firm
of Oppenheim & Oppenheim.

Stuart

Professional experience:
Mr. Cox concentrates his practice on all aspects of
trust and estate planning and administration, including
client counseling; drafting of the entire range of wills,
trusts and related estate planning documents; lifetime
and post-mortem estate and gift tax analysis and planning;
and all aspects of estate and trust administration.
In addition, he has twenty years of varied experience
in real estate and corporate and commercial law. He
was selected by his peers to be included in The Best
Lawyers in America 2001-2002 and 2003-2004.

Andrew
J. DeMaio

Professional experience:
Mr. DeMaio advises clients on estate planning, including
the drafting of wills, trusts and other documents, estate
administration, litigation of contested estates and
trusts, and the planning of charitable gifts. He has
written and lectured extensively on trust and estate
law and the use of technology in law practice. He is
an author and editor for Leimberg Information Services,
Inc., a national publication for lawyers, accountants
and other professionals.
Mr. DeMaio currently serves as Chair of
the Board of Consultors of the New Jersey State Bar
Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section.
As a member of a select drafting committee, he was a
principal author of New Jersey's revised principal and
income act enacted in 2000. He received the New Jersey
State Bar Association's Legislative Service Award in
2004 for his work on the revised New Jersey Probate
Code.
Mr. DeMaio serves as a member of the Technology
